Below are some FAQs surrounding our entertainment, photography and film options:
WHAT'S ON THE MUSICAL MENU FOR TONIGHT?
Tonight we'll be showcasing a number of band options for you - and we'll perform a range of music genres. This variation is designed to help you customise your entertainment, based on your budget and the tone of your wedding/event.

I’VE ENJOYED THE WHITE TREE BAND TONIGHT. HOW DO I GO ABOUT BOOKING THEM?
The easiest thing is to call or email us tomorrow. If you haven't liaised with Shannon or James, you can send through an official enquiry via our website, or gain our team's contact details from the contact section of our website.
To lock us in, we just need two things:
1. Confirmation of which product you want to book and your singer/instrumentation requests.
2. Payment of the deposit invoice.

HOW DOES THE WHITE TREE BAND CONFIGURATION WORK AND WHAT IS INCLUDED?
The band’s configuration can be customised to suit your budget and music requirements. The price variation is based on the number of musicians. For example a 4 piece band includes 4 musicians. A 5 piece band includes 5 musicians, and so on. All of our band configurations will include bass, drums, vocals/chord instrument (guitar or keyboard). You can then add saxophone, trombone, keys, percussion and additional vocalists to create a bigger band.
All of our reception band packages feature:
- 5hr timeframe (e.g. 6pm - 11pm)
- 4 x 45min live sets, or rather; 3hrs total playing time which you can split up as you please across the 5hr schedule.
- All band line ups include full PA system and music controlled during any band breaks, so the music is seamless from beginning to end
- Personal online portal to customise your musical brief such as song requests, set times etc.
CAN I HAVE A MALE AND FEMALE SINGER?
Of course! A 4 piece band (or larger) best accommodates male and female vocals.
THE BAND ARE GOOD...BUT THEY’RE QUITE LOUD. WILL THEY BE THIS LOUD EARLY ON AT OUR WEDDING?
Tonight we are predominantly showcasing material for the upbeat/dance sets - when the music is more energetic and louder. However early on at any event, we obviously play at a much softer volume suitable for background purposes when guests are chatting and eating.
WE'RE NOT SURE IF WE SHOULD BOOK A BAND OR DJ?
Tonight we are showcasing our live band options. But we do have two package options that enable you to book both. Our Acoustic + DJ reception package is a 5hr time frame where the first half of the night features our live acoustic music (solo, duo or trio) and then our TWT DJ takes over for the dance sets.
We also have our TWT Live Mix product. This is a 5hr time frame and it features our TWT DJ for the full 5hr call, and then sax, trumpet and/or percussion to perform WITH the DJ for 3 x 40min feature sets.
If you want your guests arm in arm singing along to all the big anthems, then a live band (3 - 9 piece) is arguably the best option. We take pride in having some of Australia's best vocalists who not only sing well...but also really entertain, engage and energise the crowd. With our band, we also have a "DJ add on" for $300, where one of our band members can DJ from the decks in between sets and at the end. The DJ add on isn't imperative however, as our standard band packages have us supplying PA and we always control appropriate music playlists during our breaks. Our dance playlist always holds the d floor when we go on a short break.

HOW WILL THE SONG SELECTION PROCESS WORK FOR OUR WEDDING?
Once your booking is confirmed, we set you up with an online portal where you can select songs from our list and also describe the genres/artists/songs that you like...and perhaps dislike! This then acts as the ‘musical brief’ for our team.
You can CLICK HERE to view a list of songs that we regularly play at weddings and events. All of our singers know these songs.
Our pricing includes us performing your wedding dance live if required (this song does not necessarily have to come from our website song list). We can also learn a few special request songs that aren’t on our website song list. We'll do whatever we can to get that dance floor rocking which is what we're renowned for!

CAN WE ADD CEREMONY MUSIC AND/OR CANAPES SETS TO THE BOOKING?
Of course! Our ceremony music info can be found by CLICKING HERE. Our canapes sets can be booked at a rate of $180 per musician per hour. Usually a soloist or duo is what our clients book for the canapes/cocktail hour.
It's also fine to lock in the key reception package, and then book the ceremony and/or canapes sets down the track once your timings and logistics have been firmed up.
